I’m sure you can do more than 3 exercises on arm day… but I absolutely HATE arm day. I’d never do it if I had the choice. (I mean I do have a choice but I don’t want to look disproportionate.)

Mark Haub, a nutrition professor at Kansas State University went on a “Twinkie Diet” for a class project. It lasted 10 weeks, and his diet only consisted of one of these sugary cake every three hours. He ate Hostess and Little Debbie snacks, Doritos chips, sugary cereals and Oreos.
